What is Obstacle Training?

MINI NINJA: (Ages 3-6) 

Participants get to be a NINJA by learning how to safely fall, roll, jump, land, swing and climb using obstacles from the popular TV show American Ninja Warrior. This class is designed to teach your child body awareness and spatial orientation in addition building confidence and self esteem.

NINJA KIDS: (Ages 7-12) 

A 50 min ninja warrior style workout experience. Participants learn how to safely swing, climb, fall, flip, jump, run, using obstacles from the popular TV show American Ninja Warrior. These classes are designed to teach your child skills that can be harnessed to build confidence and self esteem.

NINJA TEENS: (Ages 13-17)

A 50 mins Ninja Warrior style workout that is designed to keep your teen active and moving. In a world full of Zoom calls, video games, and I Pads it’s now more important than ever to have an outlet for fun physical activities. Come learn how to safely climb, fall, swing, jump, hang, and play using obstacles from the popular TV show American Ninja Warrior.

PARKOUR (MINI, KIDS, & TEENS)

In these classes participants will learn the fundamentals through advanced levels of vaulting , striding, precisions, wall runs, wall spins, wall tacs, landings, balancing, running, climbing, swinging, jumping, plyometrics, rolling, quadrupedal movement- and more.

ANW JR PROGRAM: (Ages 7-14) 

Participants will race each other in this American Ninja Warrior JR. style head to head, fast paced obstacle course racing.

SILKS BEGINNER:
An introduction to the performing art of Aerial Silks. Aerial Silks combine elements of dance, gymnastics, yoga and strength training.

SILKS INTERMEDIATE:

This class is designed to take the Silks to a whole new level of performance with more precise skills, flow and drops.

SILKS OPEN GYM: (This class has no instruction)

Silks open gym allows aerialist to practice the skills they learned in class and to explore new ideas in a free form environment.

O.C.R. OPEN GYM: (This class has no instruction)
O.C.R. (Obstacle Course Racing) Open gym is the free time that allows students to practice the skills they are learning in Ninja and Parkour classes. It is also the opportunity for students to try new things that they normally would not be allowed to do in class due to time constraints and class structure.

•5-5:45pm PARKOUR Minis (ages 3-6)
•6-6:50pm PARKOUR Kids (ages 7-12)
•7-7:50pm PARKOUR Teens (ages 13-17)

Wednesday Night:
•5-5:45pm. Mini NINJA/OCR (ages 3-6)
•6-6:50pm Kids NINJA/OCR (ages 7-12)
•7-7:50pm Teen NINJA/OCR (ages 13-17)

Friday:
•1-1:45pm HOMESCHOOL MINI NINJA (ages 3-6)
•2-3pm HOMESCHOOL KIDS NINJA (ages 7-12)
•5-5:45pm Mini NINJA/OCR (ages 3-6)
•6-6:50pm Kids NINJA/OCR (ages 7-12)
•7-8pm NINJA/OCR Open Gym (all ages)
(Students ages 3-5 must be accompanied by an adult or older sibling. Or cleared by a coach to be without)

Saturday:
•9-10am ANW JR PROGRAM (ages 7-14)
•10am-11am NINJA/OCR Open Gym (all ages)

•11am-12pm – SILKS Open Gym (ages 7+)

Sunday:
