Basketball Bootcamp is a perfect mix of sport specific strength and conditioning and basketball skills training. The hour and a half of strength and conditioning will be focusing on Strength, Explosive Power, Speed, Agility, Balance, and Aerobic Conditioning. The hour and a half of basketball skills training will be focusing on ball handling, shooting, footwork, game concepts, situational drills, and live play. The two combined are a total of three hours of training twice a week.
This is a great way to elevate your game play and body performance. Beginning July 9th, the training will take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30am-12:30pm at Max Fit Sports. Membership and daily drop in rates are available. Membership includes all sessions monthly at $250. Daily drop in price is 40$ per session.
