Here at MaxFit & Sports, we offer a variety of basketball opportunities for kids and adults. Whether you are single player looking to jump on a team or get private training, an organization looking for practice/tournament rental space, or a team looking to bulk up on through our Strength, Speed, Agility programs before the season, WE HAVE YOU COVERED!

If your son or daughter can't get enough of basketball, they might be interested in taking private lessons. The instructors at MaxFit & Sports are always happy to provide extra lessons for any of our athletes. Whether your child needs individualized attention or just wants to improve their skill set, private lessons can be immensely helpful. You'll be amazed to watch your child transform as a player over the course of lessons-building their confidence on and off the court.

Register for U Movement's Summer Training Program

Basketball Bootcamp is a perfect mix of sport specific strength and conditioning and basketball skills training. The hour and a half of strength and conditioning will be focusing on Strength, Explosive Power, Speed, Agility, Balance, and Aerobic Conditioning. The hour and a half of basketball skills training will be focusing on ball handling, shooting, footwork, game concepts, situational drills, and live play. The two combined are a total of three hours of training twice a week.

This is a great way to elevate your game play and body performance. Beginning July 9th, the training will take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30am-12:30pm at Max Fit Sports.
