Here at MaxFit & Sports, we offer a variety of basketball opportunities for kids and adults. Whether you are single player looking to jump on a team or get private training, an organization looking for practice/tournament rental space, or a team looking to bulk up on through our Strength, Speed, Agility programs before the season, WE HAVE YOU COVERED!

U-Hoop is offering basketball training this Spring for all ages!  The 8 week program will include:  - Dynamic Warm Up - Ball Handling - Shooting - Footwork - Game Concepts - Conditioning - Recovery Period
